The free fusion yoga sessions will take place in the summer circus area, outside Costa Coffee and visitors are welcome to drop in / out of the sessions anytime between 3pm and 4pm this afternoon.
The yoga taster sessions are provided by fully qualified yoga instructor Becky Hampson and are available to all ages and all abilities too. Becky is qualified to teach baby yoga, children’s yoga, adult yoga, pre and postnatal yoga.
Becky currently teaches at Twist Lane and Fairfield’s Nursery in Leigh and Gym etc in Lowton. Becky is also a performer, aerialist and fitness instructor which allows her to give unique challenging options as well as light beginner options too. Fusion Yoga is a blend of hatha and vinyasa yoga for all abilities. There are numerous benefits from yoga including stress reduction, increasing body strength and increased flexibility.
